AI Director uses director credits; video generation uses video credits. They are not interchangeable. Director costs depend on the model and actual usage. Video pricing depends on model, resolution, and duration, with a quote before you submit.
Credits arrive after payment is confirmed. Manage your subscription to update the payment method, switch between Plus and Pro, or cancel at period end. Downgrades take effect when the current period ends. Promo codes can be entered at checkout, and tax follows the billing address. Full refunds, partial refunds, and chargebacks claw back the matching unused credits. Team plans are still arranged by contact.
Contact us if you have team or higher-volume needs. Usage and service scope are agreed individually. Team collaboration and system integrations are not available yet.
