Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the CraftWorld site, workspace, 3D preview, AI director, and AI video generation. Using the service means you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. Last updated: 29 September 2026.
The service
CraftWorld lets you edit a 3D scene in the browser, preview the shot, and, when you choose, send that preview to a video model. Features, models, and available allowances may change, pause, or stop. Diagrams and examples on the site explain the product. They are not a promise of every generated result.
Accounts
Some features work without signing in. Those projects stay on the current device unless you sign in and sync them. Sign-in is through Google or GitHub. You are responsible for use under your account. If we reasonably believe a use breaks these terms or applicable law, or harms the service or other people, we may refuse, limit, or end that access.
Previews and generated results
A 3D preview describes framing, space, and motion. It does not guarantee that a later video will match it frame for frame. Materials, lighting, and detail come from the selected video model and may differ. Review the quote and settings before you generate. Check a result before you rely on it or publish it. Model output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unfit for your particular purpose.
Credits
The AI director uses director credits. AI video generation uses video credits. The two are not interchangeable. Manual editing, preview playback, and preview export do not spend credits. Credits from self-service purchases arrive after payment is confirmed. You can switch between Plus and Pro in the billing portal; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period, and you can cancel then too. Full refunds, partial refunds, and chargebacks claw back the matching unused credits. Team plans are arranged by contact. The pricing page lists current plans and allowances. These terms do not limit a right that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
Your content and permission
You keep the rights you already have in what you submit. To provide, secure, and support the service you request, you give us a limited permission to host, copy, and process that content and the related output only for that purpose, including sending the material a request needs to the corresponding model service. You confirm that you have the rights required for what you submit. Buying usage does not license third-party material, and it does not mean an output is original, exclusive, or free of other people’s rights. You are responsible for how you use an output.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to create, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights, and do not interfere with the service, another account, or a usage limit. If we reasonably believe this section applies, we may remove the content or limit the feature.
Third-party services
Sign-in, models, payment, hosting, and analytics are provided by their own services and under their own terms. Using a model or a sign-in method is also subject to that provider’s terms. Except where applicable law says otherwise, we are not responsible for harm caused by a third-party service we do not control.
Limits on liability
The service and its outputs are provided as they are. To the extent applicable law allows, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, fit for a particular purpose, or that an output will not infringe a third party’s rights. To the extent applicable law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for loss from relying on an output. This section does not exclude liability the law does not allow to be excluded, including fraud and personal injury or consumer rights the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes, suspension, and stopping
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The version on the page is the current one. We may pause a feature for maintenance, security, or capacity. You may stop using the service at any time. Stopping does not by itself delete projects already synced to an account. Requests about an account or its data are described in the privacy policy.
