Walk through the shot before using Seedance 2.5

Put the push-in, orbit, and cut into a reference video. Use the visual direction for the materials and light.

CraftWorld · Updated

When you know how you want to shoot a scene, you can build that movement in 3D before sending it to Seedance 2.5. Push in from outside a pavilion, cut inside at the eaves, then make a quarter turn around the person. Place those moves on the timeline and adjust them as you watch.

Switch to clay when the shot is close. The columns, railing, and person share a pale material, making obstructions and camera intersections easier to see. Revise them directly; playing and exporting the preview use no credits.

I would spend a little extra time at the cut and the ending. Is the new viewpoint the one you wanted? Does the camera stop in the right place? Even a sequence that plays smoothly is worth pausing at those points.

Camera in the reference, look in the text

Choose Seedance 2.5 in AI Render when the preview is ready. The product exports the complete current timeline as a reference. For a clay pass, it tells the model that the input describes space and movement, with materials to be rebuilt for the finished image.

Describe what you want to see in the visual direction. For the pavilion, that might be rain on wood, reflections on the stone, and evening light. There is no need to turn the camera movement into a long description when the path and cut are already visible in the video.

A model can still change an arrangement or keep the simple geometry. In the two pavilion results, Seedance 2.5 keeps the cut and interior arc, while H3 does not. Those inputs were lit previews, though, rather than clay.

If the result looks wrong, pause it and the reference at the same time. That often makes it easier to see whether the original camera needed a revision or the video model did not follow it.

Submission settings

Seedance 2.5 currently offers 4 to 30 seconds at 480p, 720p, or 1080p. Aspect can be adaptive or a chosen ratio, and you can set generated audio and a seed. The complete timeline is submitted; use the quote shown before sending it.

This article does not include a clay-in, video-out pair. The public pavilion files were exported on 25 September 2026 as lit previews, with simplified color and light. How closely clay is followed still needs to be judged from the corresponding generated files.
