When should I use this move?
Use a dolly to move from the environment toward a subject in a product or story shot. Moving the camera changes foreground and background relationships. Compare the zoom template if you only need a tighter frame.

How to edit and export
- Open the template and play it through. Watch the foreground pillar move relative to the background.
- Change the final camera position to adjust travel distance. Keep the field of view fixed for this exercise.
- Check the middle and end for obstructions, then export previs or continue to AI video generation if needed.
What should I check during playback?
- Does the camera end too close to or inside the subject?
- Does the foreground obscure the subject during the move?
- If the output looks like a zoom, first confirm that the reference camera actually moves.
